1.Shipment Methods
if you are dealer,you can selected others.All orders placed for Standard Shipping on all stock items will be shipped within one business days. all item will arrive you in the 3 to 5 business days with tracking number
2.Shipping & Handling
Attention: Priority mail will be used for all PO Box shipping addresses ,But All APO's and military addresses do not apply here. Please use standard shipping for these. Thank you.
3. International Shipping
We ship to the worldwide,after your payment confirmed, our shipping staff will ship your order and supply the tracking number for you as soon as possible.
4. Back Orders
Currently, We have the ability to ship over 95% of our products within 24 hours. Most of our products are in stock, either in our warehouse in Providence, or at a number of our suppliers across the country, in which we will drop ship directly from them. In the case where an item is back ordered, We will notify you as soon as possible with an expected ship date. In the event that multiple items are ordered and one is back ordered. We will only charge for the item that is shipped. And not until we ship the back ordered item will we charge you for that. For all orders We will not charge the credit card until the order is ready to ship.

Q:What payment means do you accept?
A: We accept Credit card(Visa and MasterCard )and Paypal.
PS.Maybe your credit card did not pass the 3D Certification ,if possible, could you please use your credit card through paypal . you don't even need an account to do this and there are no additional fees , or pay your order by Paypal, that is more Convenience for you.
Q:Can I come to your locations to pick up an item?
A: Unfortunately, we are not currently configured for individuals to come to our locations to pick up their orders. so if you need any battery,please place your order through our online store www.batteries-laptop.co.uk.
Q:How do I ship items to a different address?
A: Of course .During check out process , please specify where you want your purchase shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to street address.or please contact with me by info@batteries-laptop.co.uk as soon as possible.
Q:Who will deliver my orders?
A: Items will be shipped by EMS or Royal Mail .We may use other carriers as necessary.
Q:How long will it take for my item to reach me?
A: Please note that business days, excluding Sunday and Public Holidays, are calculated in terms of delivery period. In general, it takes about 3-7 business days for delivery.
Q:How about the shipping fee to sent the battery out of Europe?
A: The shipping and handling fee is 12GBP,after your payment confirmed ,our shipping staff will ship your order soon and supply the tracking number for you.
Q:How long will my new battery run?if possible,do you have any battery with longer life?
A: The battery's run time is difficult to determine, it depends on your laptop settings and workload, and we can not give you the exact number here. Most of our replacement batteries have higher capacity than the original ones, it means our batteries last longer between charge cycles. Higher capacity batteries have no impact on the performance of your laptop.
Q:What should I do if my shipment never arrives?
A: Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please do not hesitate to email us info@batteries-laptop.co.ukor call us . we will get back to you shortly.
